1. Payment

You can pay for your order via:
- Bank transfer to the PrivatBank account details provided.- Online payment by card through Privat24, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

2. Delivery

We deliver orders via Nova Poshta. Self-pickup is also available by prior arrangement at our showroom:
Kyiv, Obolonskyi Avenue, 10 (near Obolon Metro Station).

Express delivery within Kyiv is available via courier or taxi service.

3. Exchange and Returns

You may return items in proper condition within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used during purchase.
