Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy has been developed by Individual Entrepreneur Lyudmila Mykolaivna Singaevska (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) as an integral part of the PUBLIC AGREEMENT (OFFER) ON ORDERING SERVICES AND/OR PURCHASE OF GOODS (hereinafter referred to as the Public Agreement) and regulates the procedure for collecting, processing and using personal data of Customers when ordering services and/or purchasing goods through the Singaevska online store, which belongs to the Seller and is located at the web address: https://singaevska.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store).
The Privacy Policy is published on the Online Store website https://singaevska.com.ua/ in the following languages: Ukrainian. Changes made to this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) are published on the Online Store website. The Seller has the right to make changes to this Policy without prior consent and notice to the Customer. The new current version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted by the Seller on the website of the Online Store.

● Customer's personal data is information or a set of information about an individual (confidential information) that is identified or can be specifically identified when placing an order and paying for goods/services, filling out forms and performing any other actions on the Online Store website aimed at fulfilling the terms of the Public Agreement.
● Customer's consent to the collection, processing and use of personal data is a voluntary expression of the Customer's will to provide consent (permission) to the collection, processing and use of his personal data, which is expressed in the form of placing a corresponding mark on the Online Store website when placing an order and/or paying for goods/services.
● In the event that the Customer consents to the collection, processing and use of his personal data when placing an order and/or paying for goods/services on the Online Store website, he automatically and completely, unconditionally and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Policy (its acceptance is made).
● The Seller collects, processes and uses the following personal data of the Customer:
• information that is independently entered by the Customer when placing an order and/or paying for goods/services on the Online Store website (surname and first name, email address, telephone number, other data that is openly requested by the website and/or the Seller to fulfill the terms of the Public Agreement);
• information that is automatically collected when using the Online Store website, including cookies and other technologies for collecting information about the Customer's actions on the website (page views, date and time of visits, browser and device type, IP address of the mobile operator/network connection, other information about the use of the website, unique advertising and content identifiers);
• information that became known to the Seller during the exchange of messages via agreed communication channels regarding all issues arising in connection with the execution of the Public Agreement;
• information provided by the Customer voluntarily, including "sensitive" personal data, the processing of which carries a special risk for the Customer (information about racial and ethnic origin, political, religious, ideological and economic views, health, sexual life, biometric or genetic information, etc.).
● The Customer's personal data is used by the Seller in the form of their collection, storage, adaptation, systematization, entry into internal databases and sale.
● The Customer's personal data is used by the Seller for the purposes and purposes of:
• identifying the Customer and further providing him with services/selling goods on the Online Store website;
• establishing feedback with the Customer, processing his requests and applications related to the functioning of the site and/or the Online Store, providing the Customer with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the functioning of the site and/or the Online Store;
• providing information about special and promotional offers, newsletters and other information that may be of interest to the Customer;
• carrying out advertising and marketing activities aimed at attracting the Customer's attention to the Seller's services/goods, assessing the level of service, monitoring traffic and the popularity index of the Seller's services;
• effective customer service and personalization of the use of the Online Store website, better understanding the Customer's needs and interests, as well as to improve the functionality and convenience of the Online Store website, the quality and range of services provided/goods sold;
• ensuring the implementation of administrative, legal, tax and accounting relations.
● The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and keeping his personal data up to date. The Seller is not responsible for poor-quality performance or failure to fulfill his obligations due to the irrelevance of information about the Buyer or its inconsistency.
● The Customer's personal data is used by the Seller in accordance with the requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", "On Information", ND TZI 2.5-010-03 "Requirements for the Protection of WEB-page Information from Unauthorized Access", as well as other requirements of current legislation.
● When the Online Store website operates, statistics about visiting the website may be collected using special licensed services (for example, Google Analytics), including but not limited to: pages visited, number of page views, information that was downloaded, domains of Internet providers and the Customer's country of origin, addresses of websites that were visited before and after the Seller's website.
● Intellectual property rights to the Singaevska Online Store website https://singaevska.com.ua/, as well as to electronic (digital) information posted on the website, including but not limited to: texts, infographics, presentations, images, audiovisual works, working and advertising materials, commercial messages, marketing research, logos, graphics, sounds, etc. belong to the Seller.
● The Seller grants each person visiting the Online Store website a limited non-exclusive license, without paying royalties, exclusively for personal non-commercial use, with the rights to:
• view the information posted on the Online Store website;
• copy and store the information posted on the Online Store website in the cache of their web browser;
• print information from the Online Store website.
● Any other use of intellectual property objects posted on the Online Store website is possible only with the prior written permission of the Seller, except for cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
● The use of the Online Store website and information posted on the website in any form and/or by any means without prior written permission from the Seller is prohibited, except for cases provided for by this Agreement and the current legislation of Ukraine.
● The use of the Online Store website and information posted on the website for non-commercial purposes is permitted for posting them on the personal pages of the Customer's accounts in social networks and messengers. The information copied in this way must contain an active hyperlink to the Online Store website. In all other cases, a hyperlink to the Online Store website without the Seller's prior written permission is prohibited.
● The advertiser is responsible for the content of advertisements posted on the Online Store website, its authenticity and relevance.
● The Customer uses the Online Store website at his own peril and risk.
● The Online Store website may contain links to other sites. Such links are provided solely for informational purposes and help us to most fully disclose the information or illustrate the posted material. The fact that the Online Store website contains a link to an external resource does not mean that the Seller fully approves the positions or ideas expressed there, nor does it guarantee the reliability of the information posted there. The Seller is not responsible for the privacy policy or information content of these sites.
● The Seller, as well as any third party associated with or involved in the creation, administration or maintenance of the Online Store website, is not responsible for any material and non-material losses caused to the Customer, if such losses arose directly during the order placement and/or payment for goods/services on the Online Store website, as well as during the use of the Online Store website in general.
● The Seller takes all necessary measures to protect and ensure the information security of the Customer's personal data from unlawful access, processing, modification, dissemination and destruction of such data.
● Measures to protect the Customer's personal data include, in particular and not limited to: physical and technical protection against unauthorized access and dissemination of personal data, including antivirus protection of information systems, protection against third-party interference in the Seller's information systems, authorized access to all of the Seller's information systems, prevention of processing of excessive amounts of personal data.
● The Customer's personal data is stored and processed in encrypted form on the Seller's secure server.
● In the event of loss or dissemination of confidential information, the Seller is not liable if such confidential information became public domain before its loss or disclosure, was received from third parties before its receipt by the Seller, and was also disclosed with the written permission of the Customer.
● The Seller is not responsible for the facts of the dissemination of the Customer's personal data as a result of illegal actions by third parties or for possible risks in the field of information security (hacker attacks, viruses, etc.).
● The Seller has the right to provide the Customer's personal data at the request of law enforcement agencies, by court decision, within the framework of other legal procedures or upon other lawful request in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
